1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Project enquiries: name, company, work email, mobile number, project location, scope description and any files you attach.
• Job applications: name, email, mobile number, division, role applied for, and your CV and the information in it.
• Direct contact: what you send us by email or tell us by phone.
• Technical data: our hosting provider records IP address, browser type and pages requested to keep the site secure.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The map on the Contact page is provided by Google and may set Google cookies when it loads.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, review your scope and prepare a proposal.
• To assess your application and contact you about suitable roles.
• To meet our legal, tax and contractual obligations.
• To protect the website against misuse.

We process form submissions on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the privacy box, and to take steps you ask for before a contract. We never use your data for marketing without separate consent.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers who run this website, deliver form submissions to our inbox and host our email, under confidentiality terms.
• Google, when you view the map on the Contact page.
• Government authorities, when Saudi law requires it.

Some of these providers may process data outside the Kingdom. Where that happens, we transfer only what is needed and only as the PDPL allows.

5. How long we keep it

• Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact. If a contract follows, for as long as the law requires us to keep contract records.
• CVs and applications: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or you join MASFUFAT.

After that, we delete the data or make it anonymous.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPL you can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop using it by withdrawing your consent. Email info@masfufatco.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

7. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only staff who need your data to handle your enquiry or application can access it.

8. Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. This website is not intended for anyone under 18.
